It was apparently undisturbed by the murderer. Kim had left her purse on the counter of the bar. And, of course, the now-famous bite mark evidence. There was a mix of various body fluids at the scene - blood on Kim's clothes, saliva on Kim's tank top, cheek, and pubic area, a small amount of semen.
